Most wineries mentioned above, participate in the Rutherford Appellation Winery Passport which occur twice per year. The first weekend in May, and the first weekend in December. Pay $60 for the weekend and get access to appointment only wineries, meet the winemaker, do barrel tasting, get exclusive discounts for passport holders. Tickets will be made available beginning March 15th, so be sure to check the website for ticket sales, and for more information on many of the wineries listed above.
